Here's What I Believe & How I Work

I believe that the quickest way to achieve your goals is by slowing down and taking time to relax.

Slowing down to achieve your goals may seem counter-intuitive.  However, learning to slow down and taking time to relax and unwind leads to less mistakes, less stress, clear thinking, better focus, better decisions, and greater ability to stay calm and poised under pressure. Not only does this make you more efficient in the pursuit of your goals, it also makes a much more enjoyable journey.


I introduce mindfulness practices, relaxation strategies, and grounding techniques to help you slow down, relax, and release stress and anxiety.

I believe that in order to make lasting changes and improvements in your life, you have to be present and aware, as well as open and curious.

By learning to focus your awareness on your feelings, your thoughts, and your responses, and be curious about them, you can get a better perspective and understanding of what’s going on, what you need, and what’s getting in the way.   This focused awareness can help you gain clarity and start coming up with solutions and options for moving forward.​

I offer guided meditations that are designed to build self-awareness and help you connect with your needs, desires, and inner wisdom.

And last, but certainly not least, I believe that most people are way too hard on themselves.


When you have a tendency to compare yourself to others, doubt your abilities, or think that you're not good enough, it adds to your anxiety and stress and it can hold you back and keep you stuck. 


I incorporate self-compassion practices to help you learn to start treating yourself with more kindness, understanding, and care.  This helps you feel better, feel better about yourself, and it opens up opportunities for bringing more joy and satisfaction in your life.
